I’m doing better today. Thinking about the choices I have ahead to really get myself where I want to go (as in path, not destination).

I need to start meeting more people. More new people. I won’t ever find my partner if I don’t put myself out there.

Hmmmm…. something to think about.


{August 14, 2015}   Write it Out

I’m going to start writing daily. Taking steps towards better health: mental, physical, and spiritual.

Mental: continue with therapy, discuss additional resources with my doctor

Physical: Go back to weight watchers, increase to 3 dance classes per week, no more soda or fast food, more consistent acupuncture and massage

Spiritual: more solo road trips, silent retreat, more writing as a spiritual practice
